Insert records element
Use the Insert Records content element to maintain existing content elements centrally and display them on multiple pages. This is particularly suitable for deadlines, contact boxes or information fields that are used multiple times. Changes made to the original element are automatically applied everywhere.
- General tab: Here you can specify the basic information for the element.
- Name (not visible on the web page): Enter a descriptive name in the field that identifies the inserted element. The name is not displayed as a header on the web page, but serves exclusively as a reference in the backend.
- Data records: There are two options to choose from:
- Option 1: Find data records
- Enter the name of the desired content element in the field.
- Select the appropriate match from the search results list.
- Option 2: Selection via file icon
- Click on the folder icon to the right of the input field.
- The data record selection browser opens with an overview of all available elements.
- Select the desired data record or records by clicking on the plus icon.
